Dr. Blake Costalupes started P2P consulting through his commitment to providing performance psychology coaching to individuals and teams at all levels. Blake has experience working with youth, college, and professional athletes, and provides individuals and teams with an in-depth and easy-to-understand framework for how their brain works and changes under pressure. This knowledge is crucial for learning how to create, update, and sustain healthy and high performing habits, achieve continued growth, pursue meaningful directions, and access high performance abilities. Blake graduated from Fresno State University in December 2015 with a B.S. in Kinesiology/exercise science. He received his M.A. from Fresno State in May 2018 in Kinesiology/Sport Psychology. In December 2022, Costalupes received his M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from West Virginia University (WVU). He graduated from WVU in May 2023, completing his Ph.D. in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology.

Blake believes that understanding one's own psychology is a crucial step to performing your best. Often times, learning new skills is secondary to building awareness of what is getting in the way of performing at your best when adversity presents, and then effectively navigating it. In addition, the elements of performance, enjoyment, and wellbeing are intertwined, and training your mind should include them all.
