I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Mental Performance Consultant with advanced training in sport, exercise, and performance psychology. I'm also listed in the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) Mental Performance Directory. I have experience working with youth, college, professional, and elite athletes, as well as adults seeking mental health counseling.
